Can anybody in this group provide any guidance to obtain schematic diagram
for TV Toshiba model.This model use processor TMP47C432AN.symptom is no 5V
on pin 42 of processor chip.
Without schematic is very difficult to locate culprit.

Look around for a LM78LR05, anything 78_R05. It's a 5 pin regulator IC
and is probably the culprit.

Start at the standby power supply, you should find it somewhere between
there and the uProcessor IC..
