I have a Sony KW-34HD1 34" HDTV, it won't turn on. After pushing the power
button, I hear relay clicking once, then high voltage comes up, but the unit
never fully turns on, the Standby LED flashes 13 times, then I can hear the
high voltage drops off, speakers have a slight pop sound, but withing a
second, the high voltage comes on again, the LED flashes another 13 times,
repeating on and on.

Please help me in the error code (Standby LED 13 times) and possible problem.
