Default Sony Model KV-27V10 standby power problem

Sony Model KV-27V10 (Chassis SCC-F85L-A) with standby problem. Unit
received with no start symptom. Replaced usual parts,
Q601,Q602,R607(.1ohm),
and horizontal out. Changed cap in horizontal drive section. Resolder
terminals on horizontal drive transformer. Discovered ring cracks on
base of original horizontal out. Try to startup set. No way. Found no
standby power in secondary side of T605. Found R644 (6.8 ohm fusible)
blown on primary side of transformer. Replaced. Start tv while
monitoring
5 volt standby test point TP95. Initial power began at 5.85 volts and
slowly declined to about 4.3 volts when R644 blew again. Within seconds,
R607, Q601, and Q602 blew again. Please help.
