jvc av-27820_no power
Relay clicks always and power is not in function.No image and no sound and
LED power is off. Fuse is good but I'm not able to read the volts on transistors. Power regulator IC921 pin3 impossible to read voltage. It goes up and down (150 volts and more) - IC541. no voltage on HD-VCC and Q941 - Q942 error on the voltage. Coils are good. How check def yoke to know the good resistance? What do you think is my problem? |

Check for defective caps in power supply
