Default Nokia 447x repaired

Had this thing sitting in my garage for over 4 years assuming it was the
same problem as one I ended up scrapping. Turned out it was a fairly easy
fix.

Symptoms: Monitor powers up, bright vertical line

Problem: HOT shorted, P channel mosfet on a copper heatsink to the
upper-right of the HOT, also shorted. 1 ohm fusible resistor nearby open.
Replaced said parts and the monitor now has a beautiful picture.
