Default Sony KV25T1D how to enter TT

Hi all,

got this set and want to enter service mode.
Does anyone know the procedure?
Tried st-by/inf/5/tv but does not work.
I think chassis is BE3B

OK solution found: deffective remote control
TV button not worked... :-(
Tried another remote and everything OK

you should be able to find this on internet .......... somewhere

It appears to be all to do with the remote number "RM........" if a
different chassis uses the same remote then the code will be the same.

* To enter service mode use remote control to turn set into standby mode
then press in following sequence OSD, 5, VOL+ & TV. Then the set will come
on with "TT" displayed at top of screen. Press Menu to display the
adjustments.



SERVICE MODE
8, 0, resets to standard state as new values.
To get into service mode,
Have Television in Standby, using remote- Display 5 Vol+ Power.
To write into memory-
1 (= up)
4 (= down)
3 (raises value)
6 (Lowers value)
(stores value)
pull AC plug, re-plug, enter service mode and check values.
To Exit service mode, put set in standby, press Power, press Power again.



KVT29SF8 To enter service mode use the remote control and press the
following with the set in standby.
Press display 5 Vol + Power adjust with buttons 1 & 4 to raise/lower service
item number.
3&6 raise and lower data.
MUTING writes
0 Executes the writing Item # 06 (VAL) is the vertical amplitude.
