I have a Sony CDP-CE315 CD changer. The display doesn't work. Well, that's
not quite true; sometimes, once in a while, the display does work for about 5 minutes. There are no buttons on the remote for disabling the display. I'm comfortable working on it and have ordered a service manual. Until it arrives, any ideas for things to check? Just curious if there any known issues with this model. thanks! mlloyd1 at sbcglobal dot net |

I'd strongly suspect bad solder connections along the FL tube itself, where
it solders to the front board. Mark Z. -- Please reply only to Group. I regret this is necessary. Viruses and spam have rendered my regular e-mail address useless.
