Fax machine Panasonic KX-FHD331 usage in India (220 V)
use a control transformer? 2:1 with proper VA handling.

If you are lucky and the SMPS uses two 200V filter caps on the primary side, then all you will need is a new fuse. You will also need to cut a wire or a trace.
