Heatsink compound for a 2SK2690-01 MOSFET/ TO-3P pkg.
I need to mount a 2690-01 MOSFET based on TO-3P package to a motor.
Would I need electrically conductive or non-conductive heat sink compound? -- Z Remove all Zeds in e-mail address to reply. |
