what is this component?
marked
u574 734s TO-92 format with centre leg cut back and soldered to one of the outers. could this be a 33v stabilizer? |

put finger to keyboard and composed: marked u574 734s TO-92 format with centre leg cut back and soldered to one of the outers. could this be a 33v stabilizer?
