Default Dead Handheld PCs (circa 1997-1999) or UR5HCSPI chip wanted

Greetings,

I need to find a Motorola TQFP-48 version of the UR5HCSPI keyboard
controller IC; I can salvage one from a dead handheld PC of the late
1990s (assuming a different failure in the unit). Target H/PCs
include the early HP Jornada line, Philips Velo line, Sharp Mobilon,
or anything that runs Windows CE 1.0 - 2.11

Much appreciated.

Michael
