Default DVB-T antenna cable (co-ax).

OK, its not a repair question but I'm confident that the knowledgeable folk
here will know the correct answer.

Do I need any special type of co-ax cable for DVB-T, as opposed to regular
75 Ohm co-ax as used for UHF channels 21 - 68. Its not satellite and uses
the cheap & nasty UK style push in UHF connectors.

Any advice?

TIA.
