Yamaha R-9 Part / Schematic question
Hi,
I am having a problem identifying a couple diodes. They are marked D514 & D516 (zener). The zener has an 01 or C1 on it. I have this unit pretty much debbuged but could use some help identifying parts. Also is the line fuse a 10amp slo-blo or fast acting ? Thanks in advance !!! Could you reply to there is an awful lot of spam here anymore. |

The parts list confirms the part number for D516, and says that D514 is a 1S2473 or 1S1555, interchangeable. I'd take a guess at a 6 or 6.1 volt zener, but I'd suggest you look up a cross reference. The parts list does not say more than "UL10A250V" for the fuse, which is about as useful as saying 'replace with same type'. However, for the 240V fuse they do specify a "T" type, which is a slow blow, so I'd guess at at slow blow. If you want to be really safe, order the fuse from Yamaha. Their part number KB001390. Sorry, no scanner here. Regards, Tim Schwartz Bristol Electronics |
