Default Mits VS4551

Need the standup video board for this one. This one has been worked on
too much. It had electrolyte on it too, and it is a two sided board so
it might have something to do with that.

Leonard, Bill ? anyone, or have you deep sixed all these beasts by
now ?

We'll pay anything reasonable.
