Default Details for Chip EUR645406 for audio system

Hi,

I have been trying to find details for a chip ( EUR645406) that I want
to replace in an audio system. Searches on google and yahoo have only
resulted into websites which sell them in bulk. Could someone point me
out where to search for details (e.g. manufacturer, replacement chips
compatible with it, etc.)?

Thanks.
Boney
