Recall this previous question is it flyback or something else that I
could have missed. (model SD-P5071-K)

Power down protect. HV and horizontal showed over 1V on test points.
And there is train of pulses on flyback area but is weak and series of
4 or 5 pulse where it should be 15.7KHz pulses.

And to answer your question, no HV because of that weak pulses for the
flyback transformer.
