Problem:intermittent audio as sometimes the audio comes in once it
warms up while others it disappears after warmed up,this chassis:does
not use SBX1637-01 sound module.
I resoldered tons of areas,does anyone have any common repair
tips?.Thanks.

Below is a list of suggestions:
U29 and U5 may have dry solder joints so resolder connections on plugs
U29 and U5 on video jack panel, both on the mother board and the U
board. Also resolder regulators IC582, IC901, and IC581 on A board.
If this does not work replace IC2451 (P/N 875998043) and PS2401 (P/N
153298411).
