Default 32" Sony tv model:KV-32S22,chassis:SCC-K97D-A,chassis:AA-2D

32" Sony stereo tv
model:KV-32S22,chassis:SCC-K97D-A,chassis:AA-2D,year:April 1997,CSA
File No:LR55613
TV has constant standby blnking red LED and no picture, audio or OSD.I
looked at the blinking LED definitions:

Sony standby blinking LED definitions:

http://www.iwaynet.net/~nesda/SonyBlink.html
http://www.iwaynet.net/~nesda/Nov01/Nov12.html
http://myweb.accessus.net/~090/sonyadj.html

"Continuous Blink Once A Second,No reply from the jungle IC301 (data
bus is busy, shorted to ground or held high), IK video path is
defective."

but I cannot pin point problem.
Tv has HV and when brightness on flyback is increased you get retrace
lines and only slightly reddish screen but no station or OSD.Anyone
have any common repair tips for me?.
Thanks in advance.

You already posted the answer of what you need to start with.
Check the data bus to all devices.

btw the tuners are known to hold up the data bus on these.

Agreed. Remove the tuner(s) and see if the raster and OSD come back.
