Default 30" Phillips T.V. dead.

Got a call on this one. Was dead...then worked fine for a while, now
dead again.
M # 30PW6341/37 dead, fuse ok, unit degausses, but won't startup. After
set tries
to start, green led flashes once fast, then once slowly. Anything
common on this model? Thanks, Dani.
