46" RCA projo tv model:P46729BADX1,chassis:PTK169PCA
(CTC169PC),year:June 1994. One day customer tried to turn it on and all he got was a Pacman type power supply noise (digital noise) for a few seconds,I checked Q4101=SGSIF461=RCA # 200165 and it's not shorted,I also replaced C4102=2.2 uf,100v and C4104=15 uf,50v but still. I don't have a C4108=39 Uf,100v cap in stock nor do I have an ESR meter, I never do service calls nor repair projection tv's so I need as many repair tips as possible as this tv is for a neighbour.
