Default Bad info for getting items fixed.

Look at this so called "help site"! This so called "expert" cleggsan,
is telling
most people to junk their newer units, & buy new! He's hurting the
common
repairman! He gives terrible advice. Just have a look around this site.
He can't
be a Tech, as he would be driving his own business away. He should not
be
allowed to "mislead" the average consumer. Dani.

These expert sites are a dime a dozen. Often, becoming an "expert" requires
nothing more than filling out a registration form. Obviously, these folk
don't invest the resources to do background checks on their gurus. I've
even observed self-proclaimed experts on certain sites actually plagiarizing
newsgroups, butchering posts -- adding either intentionally or through sheer
incompetence misspellings and horrid grammar, and incoherent cut-n-paste
jobs.

If you feel your fingers need the exercise, you can usually find a "report
abuse" button, but I somehow suspect this would fall on deaf ears (or blind
eyes, as it were).
