Find the Generic TV Repair Kit at your local home fixit shop, then have at
it!!
If you can't, won't, or are just to lazy to post the make and model number
we actually can't help you. Give us a hand in assisting you, at least post
the actual diagnostics you have done other than sayin the thing don't
work.

Resolder the transistors or STK IC's on the convergence board would be a
good place to start. If that doesn't work then one or more of those
parts will likely need replacing.

I know Sony charges a flat rate minimum to come out for that repair,
then they charge extra for parts and labor, least that is how they do
it in my neck of the woods.
