Default Audio o/p valve/tube matching transformer

I seem to remember there is an odd winding arrangement on these.
Is the following normal for a 50W push-pull o/p amp
DC resistance on each primary of 53 ohms
1KHz ac inductance of 3.2H each primary but end to end instead of 6.4H it
measures 19.4H, mutual inductance effect ?
