I am having a problem with this television. When i try to turn it on
it makes a buzzing noise and nothing happens. Now it is not even
makig that noise. Any ideas? Thanks!!

Tv needs troubleshot to find out what parts have failed and why so it
can be repaired properly and safely by a qualified technician.

Since it is currently completely dead, the standby supplies need
checked first, then the system control, then the run supplies and the
horizontal output stages. Odds are very high that the repeated
attempts to turn it on in the fault state has damaged other parts.

Your best advise is to take the thing into a service that has
experience on RCA recent sets for an estimate so you can decide if it
is worth fixing.
