Default samsung monitor 750s model dt17ls7l

I have no power with this monitor.... fuse good horizontal output
appears good with ohmmeter check... the power led does not even come on
for standby... seems like a power supply problem but not sure .... Yes
im lazy was wondering if anyone had any repair tips for this model
before i get way in deep on this sucker.

Disassemble (tricky!) and clean contacts or replace (easier) the
SW601. This few models of this period including yours had short-term
bunch of iffy switches and solution was replace or clean it.

AHH HA!!!!
it was not the switch ..... there is a 180k ohm resistor (well 2 in
series) connected from b+ to the vcc of the driver IC for the
transformer. One resistor went open. No burn marks on it at all.

i think it was resistor 509 if i recall.
