Default Repairfaq.org moving to new ISP

In the next few days, we will hopefully be moving to a server with much
higher monthly bandwidth so www.repairfaq.org will return as the primary
Web site for the Sci.Electronics.Repair FAQ and Laser FAQ. And all those
annoying redirects and 404 errors should disappear.

Thanks.
