Anyway I took it back to the shop and eventually got my money back, despite the idiot/conman making it out it was not faulty by using a picture where the fault was hard to see. You removed the cover, tampered with three adjustments and then took it back to the shop for a refund. Who's the conman here? No doubt they will rebox it and sell it again. They still have all the other faulty sets for sale, despite them knowing they are all faulty. I am thinking of giving a call to trading standards, but I expect they are as bent as Currys. Be sure to tell them you tampered with the TV, seeing as how you're straight up and honest, and Currys are allegedly conmen. Dave |
