Ontario hydro Belleville area used one 10 yrs ago at my home, maybe a tech can
tell you. DaveC wrote: There is a model of power mains monitor that I'm thinking of. It is long ago (10-15 yrs?) discontinued. It used a paper strip to record events, and was just a plug-in-the-wall and leave it alone device in a blue metal case (I think...). Anyone remember the make and model? Thanks, -- Please, no "Go Google this" replies. I wouldn't ask a question here if I hadn't done that already. DaveC This is an invalid return address Please reply in the news group |

Sorry for the slow reply. The instrument you are thinking of records voltage
to a scrolling paper chart and is a Megger Power Ranger, there is no model number. They are as you describe and were used about 10yrs ago. I also have some three phase versions. |
