Default Sylvania TV question.

27" stereo T.V., not sure of the model. No sound, has
two seperate audio IC's, but no sound. Voltages there,
but no gain. It's in a customers house. Anything common
on these. Rono.

I would suggest finding the model number or at least an approximate age
before trying to do any research. Did you actually do a service call and
not get the model number or bring the set in for troubleshooting?
