Default Reviving a submarine cordless DECT phone

Hi,

After having acted as a submarine the phone seems to operate but is not
able to create the connection with the base station. Furthermore battery
life seems to be shorter.
It has been drying for more than a month and I cleaned it wit alcohol.
Until now without result.

I would appreciate any suggestion to revive it.

Best regards,

Gerhard
