This sketch shows the way I'd like the installer to run the cables. This would be an easy job if he can use the existing voice phone cable. Otherwise, lots of work crawling in the attic or crawl space, drilling, etc.

Does anyone see a problem doing it like this?

Make sure that they unplug the line to the 'Central Office' in the
'Network Interface Device', if they attempt to use existing phone lines
in your building.
