Default JA1010 & JC5010 transistors.

Looks like Google is broken again!

The transistors are in the buck regulator in a Sharp electronic typewriter.

The simple discrete component buck regulator looks like it might find a few
applications on the experiments bench - I don't need to find repair
replacements for the transistors but it would be handy to have the spec.
