Generic E-mail Providers for Cell-Phone Use
Looking at adding E-mail to my cell-phone (Verizon). Unfortunately my only choices of "providers" are... AOL, AIM, Windows Live Mail, and Yahoo E-mail services. I will actually only use the chosen provider as a relay. Anyone have experiences/recommendations for "best" ?:-) Thanks! ...Jim Thompson -- | James E.Thompson, P.E. | mens | | Analog Innovations, Inc. | et | | Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC's and Discrete Systems | manus | | Phoenix, Arizona 85048 Skype: Contacts Only | | | Voice480)460-2350 Fax: Available upon request | Brass Rat | | E-mail Icon at http://www.analog-innovations.com | 1962 | America: Land of the Free, Because of the Brave |

Generic E-mail Providers for Cell-Phone Use
Correct - yahoo Basic (free) does not allow pop3 or forwarding - webmail
only. Yahoo enhanced (subscription) Does allow the above. I do remember reading about a proxy that would allow pop3 or forwarding. Can't quite remember it now but you can google for it if you're interested. Oppie "Martin Riddle" wrote in message ...
