Updated driver, controls RMS voltage across load to 9.15V +/-3% as input
changes from 9VDC to 15VDC.

given that you have a filament lamp load and that you use R1 as a warming
resistor, it would be good to specify the actual load. Always good to spec
all the components so when folks try to build it and potentially find
problems, you can ask if it was built to print grin.

Instead of Foxit, try Cute-PDF Writer www.cutepdf.com Free and works with
vista. No adware either.
