My compact monoblocks recently completed. 50 WPC; they clip at about 57 W.
Built on a Hammond steel 10x6x2 chassis. No schematic drawn well enough to
post, but if you know an Eico HF60, these are not much different. 6SJ7GT
voltage
amp, 6SN7GTB LTP, Sylvania / Phillips 6550's. Interestingly, these started
life as an all triode project but morphed into ultralinear w/ pentode
voltage amplifier. The operating points for the 6SJ7 mostly came out of a
'46
Sylvania tube manual resistance coupled chart. These charts have measured
harmonic distortion specs included, something you don't get with the typical
RCA RC charts. Check out them Tweak Interconnects, original Dynaco's.
