I don't know the limits of the format so I'd like to know... I use a NAS box with SFTP to remotely store copies of a local backup at a physically different location. Snail mail couldn't do it because of the file size. Mapping the drive to a remote IP is possible but not too secure. All of these NAS boxes have their little quirks however. |

Baloney. As far as I know, the user gets to format as desired. Up to a point. Only using their format. Apparently it half works with NTFS.
