Default CataractCreek, Cataract Lake, and The Green Mountain Reservior (0/1) (0/1)

This is one of the coolest places just over the west side of the
continental divide!

One is the lake itself with a 600 Foot waterfall, and the other shows the
distance to the Green Mt. Reservoir. The elevations are shown for each!

This is the Crystal Springs Reservoir, about a half hour south of San
Francisco. It's a subduction lake, straddling the San Andreas fault.
The fault runs northwest from here, entering the Pacific at Mussel
Rock in Daly City.
