Soooo.. Billy Bob? Would you pay nearly $4 million for a fancy

Modulars are common, sure, but according to the article, this isn't even a "modular". It's a trailer (the picture shows it, too). |

Modular and triple wide trailers tend to be different, no? Modular housing is built to be located permanently and not to be packed and or moved with you when you move to another location. |
