I had the same dilemma you're facing.
I got a pair of Clopay metal doors at one of the big box stores. They're MUCH lighter, don't rot, and look as good today as when I put them up almost 20 years ago. No painting either. I'm sure there are other similar brands too, but that's what I ended up with. If you have an air wrench, they go together in a couple of hours. |
