Default Rockwell/Delta Drill Press Parts

I have been looking for the Morse #2 or #3 screw on adapter that
Rockwell/Delta made for the 17" series of drill presses...does anyone
know where to go for these adapters?

I am also looking for a separate MT spindle for a 17" Rockwell/Delta
drill press.

A second question...did Rockwell/Delta ever sell a Morse taper spindle
for their 15" drill presses?

A third question..can one run a 3 phase motor rated for 208V on 220V
without letting the smoke out?

After looking for a length of time, it surprises me that there are few
drill press parts on Ebay when drill presses are a common item that
has been around for a long time.

So, why aren't there more drill press parts on Ebay?

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
