Default Where do you buy shellac flakes?

Used the last bit of blonde shellac flakes and am looking to order
some more.
Searched on the net and found 3 major suppliers, but am wondering
about prices.

ShellacShack.com - $15.99 / lb.
Shellac.net - $21.50 / lb.
Woodworker.com - $21.50 / lb

Anyone ordered from shellacshack? Any problems with the shellac?

Thanks in Advance...

Les

I don't have time to look, but could the price difference be for wax vs
dewaxed? Dewaxed is worth the price difference.

My mistake. Missed the 'blonde' part.

Been a while since I bought any and my favorite supplier is out of
business. I did notice these guys a while back. Seem to have a deep i
and interesting inventory in shellac and lots of other oddities. Seem
pretty knowledgable. Buyer beware, I have never bought from them, just
seems like an interesting source.

Prices are in the vicinity of $25/lb for dewaxed shellac, varies by
type.

No, the price is for dewaxed. If I was ordering some shellac today,
I'd get a pound from ShellacShack.com and see what arrives.

I didn't see shellac flakes in the on-line catalog,
but Jamestown Marine had them listed inthe latest paper catalog.
