Default Plans for a fold-away bed

I would like to build a substantial wooden bed that can be folded away when not in use. I am not interested in camper-type things and I want something that will support a thick double mattress. I visualise it being lifted up (from the front) and then nestling against a wall. Alternatively, UK suppliers of such things would be of interest, provided that they are not more than (say) £200 plus mattress.
