Default 10 yr old boy wants to learn woodcarving from anyone who caninstruct

He's pretty handy with knife. Has caught rabbits, skinned them, gave to
Mother to cook. She threw the skinned rabbits out and suggested he do
something else with his boyscout hunting knife.

Hence, the sudden woodcarving interest.

Is their a "How to woodcarve" on the web ?
He has a DELL PC in his room ..ready to go....family uses WEBTV+
receiver.

Suggestions most appreciated ! 120806

Thank you Michael. The web is marvelous isn' it ?
Have fwd your response to young man who's off boarding on Sat. He will
be delighted.

Will mail you his pic with the beautiful little 14" rowboat-with-oars he
carved from scratch at home in SF. He's given up on skinned rabbits.

Again.....we thank YOU !

Take a look at "rec.crafts.carving". Their activity is running low now but
you can still find some good links and other info.
