Default INSPIRTION - Another Drying Wheel

As with the others, meant for drying lures. Handy for other small
projects too I suspect. Neat they way you can take a rack off, and
replace it with another. Used with a low RPM motor, around 5-8 RPM
seems about usual, sometimes a rotissarrie.
