Default Stanely 90201M Router and Base

I came across an old Stanley router and base. The cord is in bad shape so I
haven't fired it up to see it the motor works. Right now, the base won't
turn. It will rotate about 10-15 degrees and then jam. In one direction,
it hits a hard stop, the other just gets real tight. I've removed the lock
but still no go.

I've Googled it and came up with nothing on this model number. I know
Stanley sold off to Bosch and the Bosch site has nothing either.

The handles are mounted on the motor and not the base. I can post pics to
ABPW if it's "safe" to back in there.

Anybody know anything about this or where I can find some reference
material?

TIA
