Recommend an circular saw blade for the perfect cut
HI can you guys please recommend what to look out for in a blade to
made the perfect smooth cut? I am an end user so cutting speed or a lasting blade isnt important. Whats really important is a blade that can cut plywood + wood very smoothly. Also is it possible to cut laminate with it? I am having a 6" makita cutter with a 60 tooth ATB carbide tipped blade, looking for something that can cut nicer thanks in advance |

you're going to have a limited choice of blades for that 6" machine and
you'll pay more for what you do find. move up to 7-1/4" and the choices and prices are better a good quality atb blade will make a smooth cut in ply and solids and last well doing it. use an edge guide and feed slowly. for laminate, melamine and such, use a melamine blade, and don't use that blade for anything else. |

A Forrest blade can take a bowed board and flatten it? I think not. --dave

The Forrest ATB blade will do what you want with the ply. Ask for a 6" WW1
