Looking for a cheap supplier of wine bottle corks ( Canadian , if there
is one ) Lee Valley seems to have only the kind with the screw bolt attached. . Looking for a cheaper kind using dowels maybe? Suggestions Keith |

Keith,
Look in the phone book for local DIY brewing stores and get the best corks they sell. I pay $6 for 50. They are really good hard corks and I drill them just under 3/8 and then thread them onto a 3/8 bolt held in a Talon chuck to turn them down to a cone shape with a coarse file and then sandpaper |
