As long as the previous NiChrome thread was, it seems there are some folks
with some useful knowledge on this topic out here! So I would like to tap into it! I am looking for a source for this stuff for my wood burner - I have the Razor Tip burner with 3 different handsets - one is a make your own tip hand piece. The problem I am having is I want to make a tip that is like a skew, but the pieces of wire I have are not very thick and if I try to flatten, form and sharpen, it usually breaks or becomes so flimsy it bends into a useless shape when it gets hot. Does anyone have.... A. A source for thicker gauge wires B. Any tips for making the tips Thank you Ray Sandusky Brentwood, Tennessee USA |

Perhaps not the absolute best prices, but very good to deal with. The user's name is "mtebob" and they have the BuyNow option, so you don't have to go through the bidding crap. They had very quick shipping as well. |
