Unhappy hi all....few loft bathroom probs

had my 2 storey terrace house loft converted last year off a family member........steel beams and all.the problem is the family friend isn`t a family friend anymore...so its not quite finished.
in the en suite bathroom for instance i don`t have a extractor fan for the shower(can i run one of the ceiling rose? and it needs to be mounted on ceiling).i have cold water feed for the shower, toilet and sink but no hot water for sink.i`ve fed the pipes in but obviously there isn`t enough pressure.any 1 recommend a pump?
could post pics if needed of bathroom
cheers

Yes, I'd recommend a pump. I've haerd people talk about venturi showers
too, but have never tried one.
