Assuming the soil pipe is plastic, then yes it is easy enough.

Start with a 40mm pvc stand pipe fixed to the wall, with a trap
installed at the bottom. The hose for the washer hooks over the open end
of the pipe. Do not seal the pipe to the hose - it should allow air in,
otherwise you may syphon water out of the washing machine. Also check
the instructions for the machine, since it may specify a maximum and
minimum height for the waste pipe.

From there carry on in 40mm pipe through the wall until you get to the
soil pipe. The building regs will give you a suitable fall to put on the
pipe. See he

Finaly connect to the soil pipe using a "strap on boss" (these require
you to drill a hole in the side of the pipe and then place the boss over
the whole before doing up its strap. You can then connect your waste
pipe directly into the boss.
